Pat Ryan entered real estate sales for his father’s firm in 1985. His career rapidly took off, and it was clear that he was a natural salesperson and leader. After spending his first seven years in sales, he was promoted to managing broker for Coldwell Banker and quickly became a regional director. The following 30 years would provide the opportunity for continued success in leadership and sales. In addition to developing a skill set in marketing, sales, negotiating, and communication, Pat would establish a loyal client base that has supported his career and endorse his ongoing goal of remaining a top-selling Realtor in the Southeastern Michigan Market.
A recent graduate with a Doctorate in Business Administration from the prestigious SDA Bocconi, Milan, Italy, Pat Ryan has a diverse background in executive leadership and performance coaching. He received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Values Centered Leadership. His over three decades of oversight have included a senior vice presidency, regional directorship, brokerage ownership, and brokerage leadership and development. He has also consulted and coached many executives in various industries, including manufacturing, sales, finance, and government.
Pat has coauthored a paper on Counter Trade with John D Branch, Ph.D., Ed. D., D. Prof., a dissertation on Meritocracy, and is currently researching material for a leadership and performance coaching book.
